Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- Experience with integration patterns and middleware technologies related to Oracle Integration Cloud Service.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based integration solutions and API management.
- Ability to design, develop, and deploy integration flows using Oracle Integration Cloud Service.
- Familiarity with debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing integration processes.
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud integration environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15yrs fulltime education in B.Tech is required.
