Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering timely resolutions to ensure smooth and uninterrupted system operations. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance, troubleshooting complex problems, and collaborating with different teams to maintain the reliability and efficiency of critical applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and provide comprehensive support for system issues.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders to enhance knowledge sharing.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to increase system stability and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Analytics Cloud.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Experience with monitoring and maintaining business-critical applications to ensure high availability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Analytics Cloud.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
