Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with business goals and operate efficiently within the existing technology environment. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and application configuration.
- Experience in customizing and integrating enterprise software solutions to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving application issues in a timely manner.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Kinaxis.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
