Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline issue resolution processes and improve system performance.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues within production planning and control systems.
- Experience in managing and supporting discrete manufacturing processes through SAP modules.
- Ability to interpret system logs and error messages to identify root causes of disruptions.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP PP and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information clearly.

- This position is based at our Chennai office.
