- Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of software components.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and enhance product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using modern development frameworks.
- Ability to work effectively within agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex system issues and providing robust, maintainable solutions.
- Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
