This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders to maintain seamless project progress and quality outcomes. The position demands proactive problem-solving and strategic planning to meet client expectations and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee project milestones and ensure timely delivery of security services.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align objectives and resolve challenges.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project stability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ping Identity.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts and technologies.
- Experience with security protocols and standards relevant to identity management.
- Ability to design and implement scalable security solutions within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with integration of Ping Identity products with various applications and platforms.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex security issues related to identity services.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Ping Identity.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
