Project Role : Test Automation Lead
Project Role Description : Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

As a Test Automation Lead, your day revolves around spearheading the evolution of testing practices into a seamless, continuous quality engineering process. You focus on enhancing the overall control, precision, and reliability of testing activities by integrating advanced tools and methodologies. Your role involves driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering intelligent and predictive approaches that elevate the effectiveness and efficiency of quality assurance across projects. Collaboration and leadership are key as you guide teams toward adopting cutting-edge automation solutions that support end-to-end quality objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within the testing lifecycle.
- Mentor and support junior team members to build their skills and confidence in automation practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality goals and testing strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and implement innovative testing tools and techniques to enhance productivity and quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SOA OSB.
- Strong knowledge of service-oriented architecture and business process integration.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle SOA OSB.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
