What would you do? The FP&A Senior Manager is responsible for leading the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights, develop robust financial models, and ensure alignment between financial objectives and business goals. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and leadership skills to manage a high-performing FP&A team and deliver accurate, timely, and meaningful financial information. .
What are we looking for? •Knowledge, Experience & Skills • MBA in Finance or CA preferred, with a professional accountancy qualification. • 8–12 years of finance experience, including 3–5 years in FP&A leadership roles. • Strong technical expertise in Advanced Excel, FP&A tools (Hyperion, Anaplan), BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and SAP/BPC systems. • Excellent analytical skills and ability to handle large volumes of data accurately. • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills; able to work across all levels and functions. • Experience in global FMCG or similar dynamic environments is an advantage. • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to rapidly changing conditions. • Knowledge of budgeting processes, risk identification, and control implementation. • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of rational decision-making and problem-solving. • Fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration. •Adaptable and flexible •Ability to perform under pressure •Problem-solving skills •Detail orientation •Ability to establish strong client relationship
Roles and Responsibilities: • Prepare and deliver accurate financial information, including budgets, forecasts, and actual results for P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, in line with group accounting policies. • Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. • Perform variance analysis, develop financial models, and conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to support informed decision-making. • Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing key business decisions. • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and efficiency enhancements within FP&A. • Oversee month-end close activities, including journal reviews, reconciliations, and accurate reporting of overheads and Capex. • Prepare cash flow forecasts and S&OP presentations for leadership, highlighting variances and key drivers. • Monitor KPIs, track performance against targets, and implement corrective actions for budget adherence. • Collaborate with global process owners and GBS teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting. • Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering capability development and high performance. • Support external audits, transformation projects, and ad-hoc requests from senior management. • Act independently in determining methods and procedures for new assignments, with latitude in decision-making. • Ensure compliance with strategic direction while proactively identifying risks and opportunities.Any Graduation
