The Strategy & Consulting Mexico- Global Network - Supply Chain & Operations (SC&O) is looking for a Senior Manager with experience in any of the Centers of Excellence (CoEs) within the SC&O capability in Mexico:

Fulfillment Senior Manager

What you will do in this role

As a part of our Supply Chain & Operations practice, you will lead and help organizations reimagine and transform their supply chains for tomorrow—with a positive impact on the business, society and the planet.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and MBA (not mandatory)

• English Advanced

• Must have worked (15+ years of experience) on one or two projects in primary logistics such as strategic transportation sourcing, truck loading efficiency, truck-mix analysis, secondary logistics, distribution, warehousing, ocean and air freight and network optimization

• Exposure to any of these tools preferred: Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru, iLOG, SCS, SAP (TM, eWM, LE), Blue Yonder (TMS, Luminate, WMS), Oracle (TM)

• Experience in a consulting firm and global exposure is desirable

• Profit and Loss or Sales responsibility experience would be an added plus

Sourcing and Procurement Senior Manager

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• MBA from Tier-1 B Schools and BE/BTech from Tier-1 engineering institutes (not mandatory)

• 15+ years in a top-tier consulting firm or in a Sourcing and Procurement Function in Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Hi-Tech, E-Commerce, Automotive, Oil & Gas industry

• English Advanced

• Demonstrated experience in consulting or a leading mid-large sized team on large scale sourcing and procurement projects spanning across one or more of the following: strategic cost reduction, sourcing optimization, procurement transformation procurement transformation including implementation of procurement solutions, intelligent procurement, responsible and resilient procurement, mergers & acquisitions

• Knowledge of Sourcing and Procurement technologies such as Ariba, Coupa, IVALUA, Zycus, Jaggaer and so on
