Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires integrating these solutions into robust production pipelines, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises environments. The engineer actively works on implementing generative AI models as part of comprehensive solutions, while also exploring areas such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and operational excellence is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and efficiency in AI-driven projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI models ensuring alignment with project goals and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption to improve existing systems.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and implementing AI applications using cloud AI services and on-premises infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of generative AI models and their practical applications in real-world solutions.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to develop and maintain production-ready AI pipelines ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Skilled in integrating AI components such as chatbots and image processing modules into larger systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
