Summary:
In the role of Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the ethical deployment of artificial intelligence technologies within various projects. This includes designing and implementing solutions that prioritize responsible AI practices, ensuring alignment with both ethical standards and regulatory frameworks. The role requires fostering collaboration across different teams to promote the adoption of ethical AI principles and providing leadership that guides the organization towards trustworthy AI innovation. The position demands continuous engagement with stakeholders to maintain transparency and accountability in AI initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to integrate ethical considerations into AI development processes.
- Mentor junior team members to build awareness and skills in responsible AI practices.
- Drive cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on AI ethics and compliance.
- Monitor emerging regulations and industry standards to update AI governance frameworks accordingly.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google CES Conversational Agent.
- Strong knowledge of AI ethics frameworks and responsible AI methodologies.
- Experience in designing and deploying AI solutions that comply with regulatory requirements.
- Ability to lead technical teams and manage cross-functional collaboration effectively.
- Familiarity with AI governance, risk management, and compliance practices.
- Skilled in problem-solving and providing innovative solutions within AI projects.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Google CES Conversational Agent.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
