As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for migrating applications and data to cloud environments. This role requires careful planning and execution to ensure seamless transition while maintaining performance and scalability. The engineer collaborates with various teams to design and implement solutions that leverage both private and public cloud technologies, aiming to support innovative business goals and enhance operational efficiency. Continuous monitoring and adjustment of cloud resources are part of daily activities to optimize system reliability and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of cloud migration strategies ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster continuous improvement.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and recommend enhancements to maintain optimal service levels.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Elastic Stack (ELK).
- Experience with cloud platforms and migration tools to support scalable and high-performance solutions.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure as code and automation techniques for cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to cloud infrastructure and data migration.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks to ensure system reliability and security.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Elastic Stack (ELK).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
