- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to promote transparency and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and transportation logistics.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle SCM Transportation Management applications.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Oracle SCM with other enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable software solutions.
