- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Experience with both frontend and backend development technologies relevant to full stack engineering.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and agile software development practices.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing system performance.
