Project Role : Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions that support business continuity and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using modern development frameworks and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in application architecture discussions and contribute to design decisions.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness through testing and debugging.
Work with databases to design and manage data structures and queries.
Use version control systems and follow standard development practices for code management.
Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentor junior team members and support team collaboration when required.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing and maintaining user interface components using modern web standards.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues within Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with integrating Salesforce components with external systems and APIs.
- Knowledge of best practices for performance optimization and security within Salesforce applications.
Strong proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
Good understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with backend frameworks such as Spring or similar technologies.

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
