As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The day includes identifying the needs of customers, envisioning improved future states or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and integrate relevant information. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business challenges and opportunities is also a key part of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
- Document and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of business process improvements.
- Assist junior team members in understanding project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for enhancement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and present it in a clear, concise manner.
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and validation.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and workflow design.
