Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues efficiently.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their technical and problem-solving skills.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Experience in managing and supporting business intelligence tools and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical information to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with data integration, report generation, and dashboard creation within business intelligence environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
