As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects. This role requires coordinating with global teams to utilize established methods, tools, training, and assets effectively. The individual ensures that project milestones are met while maintaining alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. They actively manage resources and timelines, facilitating smooth communication across various stakeholders to drive project progress and resolve any challenges that arise during implementation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and adherence to timelines.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations or risks.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and project updates.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and best practices.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SailPoint IdentityIQ components to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to identity governance solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of SailPoint IdentityIQ with various enterprise systems and applications.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to identity management.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
