You work as part of a team to help shape guidance on pricing and play a hands-on role in shaping commercial strategies that drive winning, profitable deals. You will:

• Analyze data and market trends to deliver actionable pricing insights to key decision makers
• Work with sales teams to understand client requirements and develop competitive pricing proposals
• Build and maintain pricing models, rate card files, and supporting deliverables
• Learn how commercial strategies impact profitability across Accenture's portfolio
• Identify ways to improve pricing tools, processes, and best practices
• Develop deep knowledge of your market, key clients, and the competitive landscape
• Support and collaborate with team members, contributing to a culture of continuous learning

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Understanding of finance and pricing concepts
• Clear and confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
• Curious, collaborative, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
• English language fluency (oral and written)
• Professional services or consulting experience
• Familiarity with pricing structures and strategies
