As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges that may impact timelines or deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Product Lifecycle Management, SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong understanding of materials management processes and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP MM modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with data migration, master data management, and system testing within SAP environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
