Project Role : Integration Engineer
Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.
Must have skills : SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Warehouse Mgmt
Good to have skills : SAP MM Materials Management

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer consultative business and system integration services that facilitate the implementation of effective solutions. This role requires understanding and interpreting customer needs to develop tailored business and technology strategies. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application solutions that align with business requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering a comprehensive approach to client success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of integration activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise and performance.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and assisting in their development and task execution.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Warehouse Mgmt.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong understanding of system integration principles and methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in managing cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based enterprise resource planning systems and their implementation.

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Warehouse Mgmt.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
