The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive project success.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions and operating models.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and facilitating collaboration across multiple teams.

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
