As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities to create measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment and gathering high-level requirements. The role includes defining effective business solutions and translating organizational needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Supporting transformation efforts by developing comprehensive business cases and steering the implementation of critical initiatives is a key aspect of daily responsibilities. This position requires a proactive approach to understanding business challenges and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technological capabilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions align with organizational goals.
- Assist in the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project deliverables.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements and innovations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex business requirements to technical teams.
- Ability to develop detailed business cases and support strategic decision-making.
- Experience in translating business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to problem-solving discussions.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
