As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization by thoroughly evaluating the existing business environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and designs effective operating models. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Assist in the development and refinement of business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing mentorship when needed.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative approaches.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes within enterprise environments.
- Experience in mapping business requirements to technology solutions and operating models.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and design scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Familiarity with business transformation methodologies and change management principles.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
