We are looking for MS Excel enthusiast with good level of communication. More than 50% of tasks are about reporting and partially data analysis so it is good to mention it just in the beginning.

This position is part-time (DPČ 20 hours/week) with variable working hours. As an entry level position, it is also well suited for students. If you are wondering whether you might have a place in our company after you finish your studies, we have good news for you. We strongly encourage our colleagues to grow in HR or other parts of Accenture. This is a good starting position to get to know our processes in both fields HR and business.

The team you would be supporting is responsible for projects within 4 countries (Hungary, Romania, Slovakia and Czech Republic) while making sure the teams have the right candidates with the right knowledge and skillset required by Accenture clients and in the respect of the topic of each project. At the beginning we will teach you everything you need to know so don’t worry, but in return we expect you to have interest in long term (1 year+) cooperation.

Typical work tasks:

• Update of our internal systems (Data entry)
• Creating reports in MS Excel (level of experience: VLOOKUP function and pivot tables knowledge is a must)
• Analysis of data (analytical thinking is a must)
• Data vizualization (MS PowerBI/Tableau knowledge is a plus)
• Update of existing tables and reports in MS Excel (knowledge of macro is a plus)
• Preparation of materials for meetings and collecting outcomes
• E-mail communication (English is a must, Czech/Slovak native)
