This role requires coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of application solutions. The Application Lead actively monitors project progress, addresses challenges, and facilitates collaboration to meet project goals efficiently. Engaging with stakeholders and managing priorities are key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring that the applications align with organizational objectives and client expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the application lifecycle from conception through deployment, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align technical efforts with business requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- Strong experience in database design, optimization, and performance tuning related to Oracle databases.
- Ability to write complex queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers to support application requirements.
- Familiarity with application development lifecycle and version control systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues in a timely manner.
- Good understanding of data security and compliance standards within database environments.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
