Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions that meet project requirements. The engineer actively oversees the progress of development tasks, addresses challenges as they arise, and ensures that the applications are aligned with the overall business objectives. Collaboration and communication are key components throughout the day to maintain project momentum and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to meet project goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and their integration with software solutions.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Extended Warehouse Management modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SAP EWM environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
