- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and deliverables with organizational strategies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Vistex.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and application configuration.
- Experience in customizing and integrating enterprise software solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues effectively to ensure optimal performance.
- Familiarity with business process workflows and translating them into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
