What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Record to Report (R2R) is a finance and accounting process that involves collecting, processing, and delivering accurate financial data. This includes recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. The goal is to provide a clear and accurate picture of a companys financial performance. Effective R2R processes ensure compliance with accounting standards and support informed decision-making. Roles and Responsibilities: •• Lead and review journal entry calculations and postings (independent entries) • Own monthly, quarterly, and year end close activities • Oversee fixed asset and lease accounting • Manage intercompany (ICO) accounting and reconciliations • Ensure timely and accurate statutory reporting and audit support • Oversee Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, and Transfer Pricing activities • Act as primary contact for statutory authorities, auditors, and regulators • Review bank reconciliations, payments, and treasury operations • Drive compliance, controls, and process improvements • Manage, coach, and review team performance and qualityAny Graduation
