Summary:
As a Data Architect, a typical day involves defining the data requirements and designing the structure that supports the application s needs. This role includes modeling the data architecture to ensure efficient storage and seamless integration across various systems. The position requires continuous evaluation and refinement of data frameworks to support evolving application demands, collaborating with different teams to align data strategies with business objectives, and ensuring that the data infrastructure is scalable and robust to meet future challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of data architecture standards and best practices.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on data strategies.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and database design principles.
- Experience with data storage solutions including relational and non-relational databases.
- Ability to design and implement data integration processes and pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and distributed data processing frameworks.
- Expertise in optimizing data workflows for performance and scalability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
