Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of security policies and procedures to support cloud security initiatives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall security expertise.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of security architecture with business goals and compliance requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Experience with designing and implementing security frameworks in cloud environments.
- Ability to document and communicate complex security architectures effectively.
- Familiarity with security controls and their operational management in cloud settings.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to drive security initiatives.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
