Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and development within the project.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus Unified Functional Testing (UFT).
- Experience in developing and executing automated test scripts to validate web application functionality.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies and frameworks to support effective testing and development.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues within web applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Familiarity with integrating testing tools into continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Micro Focus Unified Functional Testing (UFT).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
