Project Role : Full Stack Engineer
Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services. The workday includes collaborating with various teams to integrate new technologies and approaches, focusing on cloud-first strategies and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development efforts to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, AWS Architecture.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies including JavaScript frameworks and responsive design principles.
- In-depth knowledge of backend development, including server-side programming and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment strategies, particularly within Amazon Web Services environments.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures that support evolving business needs.
- Experience working within agile development teams, utilizing iterative development and continuous integration practices.

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
