As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business systems. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple system components to maintain optimal performance and support business continuity in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and operational efficiency through innovative approaches.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on incident resolution and system improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of system monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis techniques.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting to enhance operational workflows.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and resilient infrastructure solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- Skilled in performance tuning and capacity planning to maintain system stability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
