As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your day revolves around serving as the continuous liaison between clients and the system or application environment. You dedicate your efforts to maintaining high-quality service by employing clear and effective communication to ensure the smooth operation of advanced systems. Your role involves accurately identifying client concerns and crafting well-informed solutions by leveraging a thorough understanding of the products involved. This position requires attentiveness to client needs and a proactive approach to resolving issues, ensuring seamless system functionality throughout the day.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Document and share knowledge to support continuous improvement within the team.
- Assist junior team members in understanding complex issues and developing problem-solving skills.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SUSE Linux Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating system architecture and command-line tools.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system and application issues in a Linux environment.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques.
- Ability to manage user permissions, security settings, and software installations on SUSE Linux platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SUSE Linux Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
