Project Role Description : Assess AI systems for adherence to predefined thresholds and benchmarks related to responsible, ethical and sustainable practices. Design and implement technology mitigation strategies for systems to ensure ethical and responsible standards are achieved.

As a Responsible AI Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating artificial intelligence systems to ensure they meet established criteria for ethical, responsible, and sustainable operation. This role includes designing and applying strategies to address potential risks and challenges within AI technologies, ensuring that these systems align with organizational and societal standards. The position requires continuous monitoring and adjustment of AI implementations to maintain compliance with responsible AI principles, fostering trust and accountability in AI deployments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate responsible AI practices into project workflows.
- Continuously monitor AI system performance to identify and mitigate ethical risks.
- Document findings and mitigation strategies to support transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of AI ethics frameworks and responsible AI guidelines.
- Experience in designing and implementing mitigation strategies for AI systems.
- Ability to analyze AI system behavior against predefined ethical benchmarks.
- Familiarity with AI system evaluation methodologies and compliance standards.
- Skilled in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote responsible AI adoption.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
