As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the integration of ethical considerations into artificial intelligence initiatives. This role requires guiding teams to design and implement solutions that prioritize responsible AI practices. The individual actively collaborates across departments to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and ethical frameworks. Leadership is demonstrated through fostering a culture of accountability and innovation, while advocating for the adoption of responsible AI principles throughout the organization. The role demands continuous engagement with evolving AI technologies and their societal impacts to maintain integrity and trust in AI deployments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to embed ethical AI practices into project lifecycles and organizational processes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance responsible AI capabilities.
- Monitor compliance with AI governance policies and recommend improvements to align with emerging standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory requirements related to artificial intelligence.
- Experience in designing and deploying AI solutions with a focus on transparency, fairness, and accountability.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage collaborative projects effectively.
- Familiarity with AI governance tools and methodologies to ensure responsible AI adoption.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to integrating ethical considerations into AI development.
