- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software development processes and delivery timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable and maintainable systems.
- Experience in leading technical teams through complex software design and implementation phases.
- Ability to evaluate and integrate emerging cloud technologies to enhance solution effectiveness.
- Skilled in performance optimization and ensuring software solutions meet business-driven requirements.
- Competence in risk assessment and mitigation strategies within software development projects.
