- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize team performance and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment using Amazon Web Services.
- In-depth knowledge of application architecture design and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to develop scalable and secure applications leveraging cloud-native services.
- Experience in integrating various software components and third-party services within cloud environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in distributed systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
