As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records of application updates.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with cloud-based deployment and release management processes.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques for packaged and SaaS applications.
- Knowledge of low-code platforms and their application in customizing software solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system stability and performance issues.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
