As a DevOps Engineer / Senior Analyst, you will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence key decisions and deliver solutions to complex challenges. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and automated application deployments

  • Manage and optimise build, release, and deployment processes across environments

  • Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to improve deployment frequency and stability

  • Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) and automate environment provisioning

  • Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability, and respond to incidents as required

  • Support cloud platforms and containerised environments to ensure scalable and secure operations

  • Implement security, compliance, and governance controls within DevOps pipelines

  • Troubleshoot and resolve deployment, infrastructure, and environment-related issues

  • Drive continuous improvement in DevOps practices, tooling, and automation Required

  • Enhance systems to meet evolving business requirements.

  • Maintain applications and infrastructure in alignment with service level agreements.

  • Define and review technical requirements for integration, performance, quality, and scalability.

  • Collaborate with cloud operations teams to manage infrastructure capacity and monitor key performance indicators.

What You’ll Need

  • Master proficiency in DevOps.

  • 2+ years’ experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or similar roles

  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent

  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g. Terraform, ARM, Bicep, CloudFormation)

  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

  • Experience with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Strong knowledge of scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, or similar) - Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced delivery environments

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

Additional Requirements:
Security Clearance Requirement: Given the secure nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who are Australian Citizens with minimum of active baseline security clearance.

This ensures that all team members are cleared to handle sensitive information and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of security in our operations.
