Project Role : Full Stack Engineer
Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance client services, while embracing modern technologies and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively in a cloud-first environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Continuously evaluate and improve system performance and scalability.
- Assist in mentoring junior team members to support their professional growth.
- Document development processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Strong knowledge of full stack development principles including front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and agile development methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and secure software solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of enterprise systems and managing compliance requirements.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
