  • Drive incident and outage management, investigation, and restoration processes.
  • Monitor systems and analyze trends to enhance performance and prevent future incidents.
  • Track and facilitate the acceptance of changes to production environments.
  • Operate information technology production services in alignment with established protocols and service agreements.

  • Expert proficiency in IT Troubleshooting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Engineering Support.
  • It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
