You Are:

Data & AI Technology Delivery Lead

This role is designed for a seasoned, hands‑on technology leader who brings deep expertise across AI, advanced analytics, and data‑driven solutions, and who can immediately engage in the most complex AI initiatives underway.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands‑on technical leadership across advanced Data & AI initiatives, including solution architecture, design decisions, and implementation oversight.

  • Lead and accelerate the most complex AI use cases on a large supply chain and logistics account, ensuring high‑quality delivery aligned to business outcomes.

  • Partner with client stakeholders and Accenture leadership to translate business priorities into scalable AI, analytics, and data platform solutions.

  • Drive adoption of Data & AI best practices, reusable assets, and delivery standards to improve speed to value and solution quality.

  • Serve as a trusted Data & AI advisor to account leadership, helping shape the AI roadmap and prioritize high‑impact initiatives.

  • Support expansion of Accenture’s Data & AI services footprint by identifying new opportunities and helping mature client capabilities.

  • Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to strengthen AI engineering rigor, governance, and operationalization.

  • Mentor and uplift team members, contributing to Data & AI capability building across the account.

  • Prepare for a future rotation into a delivery role, building ownership across planning, execution, and operational AI solutions.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's What You Need:

  • Minimum of 12 years experience and solid understanding within Data & AI industry including advanced analytics and data-driven architectures.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in AI/ML solutions including strong understanding of AI lifecycle delivery, from problem framing and data readiness through deployment and value realization.

  • Minimum of 12 years experience lead solution design and technical execution in large, complex, enterprise environments including engaging directly with senior client and internal stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes.

  • Minimum of 12 years Delivery management experience (e.g., delivery risk management, client expectation management, financial management, Service Level agreement adherence)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus Points if You Have:

  • Prior experience within large strategic client accounts strongly preferred.


Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
