Project Role Description : Architect and build custom Artificial Intelligence (AI) infrastructure/hardware solutions. Optimize AI infrastructure/hardware performance, power consumption, cost and scalability of computational stack. Advise on AI infrastructure technology and vendor evaluation, selection and full stack integration.

Summary:
As an AI Infrastructure Architect, a typical day involves designing and constructing tailored Artificial Intelligence infrastructure and hardware solutions that meet specific organizational needs. This role requires continuous evaluation and enhancement of the performance, power efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability of the computational environment supporting AI workloads. The position also includes providing expert guidance on emerging AI infrastructure technologies, assessing potential vendors, and overseeing the seamless integration of full technology stacks to ensure robust and efficient AI operations across the enterprise.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align AI infrastructure strategies with business objectives.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of innovative technologies to enhance AI infrastructure capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Experience in designing scalable and efficient AI hardware and infrastructure solutions.
- Strong understanding of system integration and vendor management within AI technology stacks.
- Ability to optimize computational resources for performance, power consumption, and cost.
- Skilled in advising and influencing technical decisions across diverse teams and projects.

- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
