What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Order to Cash is the complete process from receiving a customer order to collecting payment. It includes order management, credit management, invoicing, and payment processing. The goal is to ensure efficient and accurate handling of orders and timely collection of revenue. This process helps improve cash flow and customer satisfaction. Effective Order to Cash management is crucial for a companys financial health and operational efficiency keyword includes :- ("Order to Cash","Cash App","Collection & Dispute",Billing, "Deduction") Implement client account plans through relationship development and opportunity pursuits that builds deeper client relationships. Includes monitoring existing services to identify opportunities that provide additional and innovative value to the client.
What are we looking for? Responsibility for activities assigned by the Cash Apps Supervisor Accurately post checks from medium to complex transactions by researching and resolving problems within designated guidelines by speaking directly with customers on the phone, or composing and sending letters, or researching through multiple database resources as necessary. Process collection checks, EFT/wire transfers Process bank adjustments. At least 2 years related experience Written and spoken ability to communicate in English for Accenture interaction Previous accounting experience/studies in particular AR Must be a good team player Responsibility and accuracy in the completion of received tasks Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure Flexibility, especially in the period of month/quarter/year-end closing Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks (thinking outside the box is a plus) Experience with accounting systems Microsoft Office skills Client industry, SSC or BPO experience is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities: OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB The person will be responsible for processing Order to Cash processes such as Billing, Customer Data, Cash Apps and Credit Management. The person will assist the Team Lead in meeting the service delivery of the team •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts •BCom,Any Graduation
