What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Statutory Reporting & Tax Compliance involves preparation and filing of complex tax returns, prepares monthly/quarterly calculations/ workpapers, recording and reporting of tax transactions and effective tax rate reconciliation. Tax experience in Federal/ State/ International Tax returns Tax Process Design, OneSource experience and proficiency keyword includes:- ("Statutory Reporting","Tax Compliance" "Corporate Tax" Return",Federal,State", International Tax "State Tax Return" This is the process of generating financial statements in accordance with client policies and statutory requirements. Activities include IFRS to local GAAP reconciliation, updating notes accounts, XBRL tagging, preparing tax packs etc.
What are we looking for? Qualifications: Commerce Graduate/MBA Finance/CA/CFA/CMA/ICWA Functional Experience in: • Independently executing Quality Testing as per the defined audit program, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Drafting detailed Control Design & Remediation plans and tracking timely completion of activities. • Ensuring adherence to {Policy & Procedure} guidelines within assigned processes.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Independently executing Quality Testing and gathering/analyzing all required documentation, reports, and data. • Ensuring all controls are accurately documented and monitored to ensure full audit compliance. • Assisting the Assistant Manager with internal communications and reporting. Communication • Effective communication of testing results and documentation requests to process owners and business teams. • Drafting initial audit observation descriptions and preparing status reports for review. • Professional communication when dealing with internal and external auditors.
