- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Mendix.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and best practices for custom software development.
- Experience in configuring and deploying applications that meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within the application environment.
- Familiarity with integration techniques to connect applications with various data sources and external systems.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable software solutions.
