THE WORK:

  • Implement, maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments, code quality checks, monitoring etc. With the use of varied toolset:

    • Version Control System: Git (Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, GitHub etc.)

    • CI/CD: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions etc.

    • Code Quality: PMD, SonarQube etc.

    • Monitoring: New Relic, Grafana etc.

    • Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes

  • Automate repetitive manual actions (e.g. building deployment packages, validation of pull requests, tests)

  • Configure and maintain Git repositories and approval processes, supporting governance standards, compliance requirements, and controlled change management.

  • Actively manage and execute Salesforce validations, deployments, releases, and post-deployment activities.

  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure efficient and governed change propagation across environments.

  • Maintain and configure Salesforce environments, enabling smooth and consistent development and release processes.

  • Support the creation and coordination of release plans to ensure timely and controlled software deliveries.

  • Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for CI/CD pipelines and release processes.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Active student status and availability min. 30h per week.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (min. B2) and Polish (written and oral) and good interpersonal skills.

  • Basic knowledge of GIT Version Control System

  • Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.

  • Knowledge of Bash, Groovy, Python or other scripting/programming languages.

  • Basic knowledge of data exchange formats (XML, JSON) and RESTful Web services standards.

  • Interest in automation, CI/CD processes, and improving the efficiency of development teams

  • Willingness to learn and grow in the DevOps / Salesforce domain

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently, proactively, and assertively, along with a commitment to teamwork and adaptability to new situations and deadlines.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Basic understanding of Salesforce platform

  • Knowledge of Salesforce CLI or Metadata API.

  • Basic knowledge of Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or other automation tools (academical or personal projects)

  • Working knowledge of command-line interfaces in a development or DevOps context.

  • Awareness of DevOps culture and best practices.

  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and container technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, AWS).

  • Knowledge of collaboration tools like: Jira, Confluence and others.

  • Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
