- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve team efficiency and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience with designing and deploying AI-driven software solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and deep learning frameworks.
- Ability to optimize AI models for performance and scalability in production environments.
- Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in AI development such as Python and relevant libraries.
- Capability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into actionable software features.
